Out of pocket

It seems like forever since I have posted or spent any real amount of time reading and catching up with my bloggy pals. I started last Sunday working on a show that lasted until Wednesday. I was working 14 hour days, and all while running a fever and a sinus infection. That just left me a couple of days to prepare for our vacation.

We are leaving tomorrow for another cruise for hubby's birthday. We are being accompanied by my parents (on their first cruise) and a couple of college friends. Should be fun.

Still steadily de-cluttering and getting ready to sell the house...

On Monday, AJ went to his regular appointment with the endocrinologist to have a blood draw. During the course of his checkup, the doctor heard an extra noise when he was listening to AJ's heart. Daddy took him to the pediatrician that afternoon. She doesn't seem to think it is much to be worried about, but hearing a doctor say your baby should consult with a pediatric cardiologist is a little scary. The pediatrician calls it a "venous hum". As a precaution, we took him on Friday to have an EKG and chest X-ray. He was an awesome little trooper...we explained to him what they were going to do, and he was very brave. It will take a while to get the results back, but we are trying to rule out a heart murmur...we'll keep you posted.

My daughter had one she was little but I was told that she would outgrow which she did eventually, it was a scary feeling tho. Taylor on the other hand had to have the heart surgery because some little "flap" was not closing properly and the blood was swishing back and forth, or something like that. Anyway, hope you have a great vacation!

We went through the same scare not to long ago with Kayleigh except ours was "I hear a serious problem with her heart and you need to go to Texas Childrens right now." Ours turned out to be nothing but wow, I hated those 2 weeks with a passion.

I am sure everything will be fine with his results, but my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Have a wonderful time on your cruise, wish we could have gone. My brothers wedding tied us up for weeks so there was no way we could have went. Looking forward to going again soon! Love you guys and talk to you soon!

Finally. I was beginning to think your husband lost you in a big o' pile of de-clutter!
